What a riveting story filled with betrayal,  deceit, unresolved questions, blacked out past and loyalty. Konstantin's devotion to Mara though twisted is admirable....pity the ending was crap!

Out of all the Bratva Heirs at OHA, Lucas has and will always be my favourite dark king. He always shows up for everyone no matter how twisted his mind operates. I'm glad he finds healing from childhood trauma and abuse through shared pain with Lizbet.

I balled my eyes out being emotional and all. Clarabelle is a brave young woman who underestimates her strength and resilience. She is lucky to have the stern overprotective Rafe Mungo Sterling and the Sterlings by her side.

Wealthy families are a cesspool of evil, vile, inhumane and deplorable monsters disguised as parents! Wealth breeds corruption!!

In the end Damien and Hannah saved each other and emerge stronger from childhood trauma and manipulation. 

I just hope all that anticipation and suspense will culminate in a happily ever after for Bash and El,  Zeke, Yaz and Sage. Aleksei is the devil reincarnated......

I can't wait to indulge in Book 2....hopefully there's light at the end of it all 🤞

Not the sequel I expected to what was an action packed and suspence filled Book 1. The only good thing in the sequel is the punishment Aleksei got. It was befitting!
