One simple reason for Bellamy to get Ry guarded is that Tristan is dead. Surely the real mate and their ally will look for revenge... what's a better revenge than going after the alpha's female? Even if they don't know that she is his mate, they know he is protecting her and spending a lot of time with her + shifters are gossipy 

When is Bellamy dealing with Tristan's situation? Did he got investigated who is the red hair woman? Maybe Tristan is behind the recent attacks
