I don't know if it's same story as summary. Female character has a secret marriage and of course her husband doesn't love her. When she, her male colleague, her husband and her husband's first love (yeah it's complicated" have lunch together, her male colleague told everyone he wants to court female character and want to win her affection. She didn't say anything -secret marriage, remember- but after this day she totally forgotten her male colleague's confession, keep going out with him.
