To be honest, my mind did waver a lot while reading the initial chapters and I thought I would give up. But the story just pulls you in once the main characters interact. I thought I was in for a light hearted simple read. On the contrary, it was quite profound quietly offering many deep insights. Another thing I liked was the focus didn't shift from the female character. Yes, the male character was given plenty of space. But the entire book is from her point of view.
A summer book. this book is exactly what a beach read looks like. a slow book with a light setting and cool weather. read it if you wanna read something lighweight. but being a light book it was still a banger
