Did we read the same story? She never praised Caleb. If that were true, she would have stayed married to him. I do agree that the poster messed up by using another posters work and not removing the summary & conclusion. Why do we need a summary of the chapters we are about to read?

She remains a doormat and repeatedly gets raped by him all the way up to ch 253, where I stopped. Here's my last comment on that chapter before I realized I could write reviews on the top page.

Ok. I'm done, she's praising Caleb saying how smart he is and how that intelligence always allowed him to see through Penelope's schemes?!? Like pushing her own child down the stairs to frame Sydney and telling Dorothy that she did? Trying to get on with Alan, bc Sydney had? Trying to work at the clinic Sydney worked at? Having her own son kidnapped?  All all the other many things? And she's basically saying he is so intelligent that he saw through those schemes? Really? Trying to press charges against her!

It's amazing that I lasted this long, all the name mix ups and illogical story arcs, and so much more, it's ridiculous. This story was pieced together from several different ones with the similar "doormat to strong female" plot, failing miserably because the female never stops being a doormat and makes several excuses for why, which is exactly why she's considered a doormat in the first place.
