This is a (good?) author's pattern, a lovely power couple (erm, triple?) with some challenge. This book I felt too much effort in having the prequel book chars than showing new chars. Maybe I'm dumb but I didn't connect the dots wets with the other books.

The story is very basic. Everything happens quickly without any drama or mystery. There are no feelings in it. It doesn't grab you or hook you.
