I loved everything about this book. I loved the romance build up. I love how clueless the main character is even though I as a reader could tell what was going on. I love that she got her happy ending. 10/10!
How can love be so complicated? Funny how people in love camouflage their insecurities and misconceptions about their circumstances--for self preservation. Worse, these issues are not communicated by the lovers to each other. Ah... it would be refreshing to see lovers' self-doubt masked by confidence; or to project wit and calmness amidst hidden fear and low self-esteem buried deeply in the soul; or for women to dare to be cool regardless of the tempests raging within!
