When Chenille Is Not Enough

Susan saved the world from aliens disguised as bolts of fabric, and now there's an assassin from space looking to even the score. When her daughter Cecily is kidnapped by the alien, Susan is aided by Gary (the UPS driver-turned-actor, and unexpected love of her life) and her mother Edna (a force of nature who is oddly thrilled that there are unfriendly neighbors in the universe) to save her. Susan must decode the link between her family and the invaders, and find the strength to defeat the creatures with a fondness for quilt shops and ice cream.
