I'm confused. Why would he fake a marriage certificate to Amelia in the first place? He persued her to spite Alfred, but still, why fake it? And when exactly did he sleep with Blanche because she said it was six months after when she said she was pregnant. Was he not married to Amelia yet? Did she come after Blanche and that's why he had to fake his and Amelia's certificate, Bethesda had one with Blanche already?
How dare he call himself her son in law when he technically never officially married her daughter? Which is strange in itself because wouldn't they have had to sign at their own lavish wedding all those years ago? How was Amelia not in the registry?
What the... and I thought a previous chapter was bad, now this, beating a kicking a child? A grown man?
But, back to the other chapter, why would he expose them discussing how lame he is in bed to a captive audience, paid actors or not, then commence to beating her publicly? Logic Police.
Wow. A few things here. I don't anyone cares about EDMOND getting revenge on Blanche because he consciously made all the choices pertaining to her, letting her in, over Amelia for the last seven years. She was not blackmailing him or anything. He just chose for her to be "his treasure" after he supposedly mistakenly had s*x with her and fathered a child. I don't understand how that would make someone one's treasure, Then, after he has a newborn, he repeatedly almost lets her die, without any remorse of guilty thoughts. At the hospital, he couldn't even tell the doctors to spare one bag or even tell them that April was his child. So no, we don't care about Edmond's revenge. Seven years!
Next, he says that Blanche was acting like the Future Mrs., but she is CURRENTLY his wife. So that didn't make sense. He said a fake marriage certificate, but the official registration has Blanche's name. So, I just wasted time reading a pointless chapter that needs to be edited out.
This is the most illogical story I have... nope, it's not. I've read several here lately... Finn called Edmond "Daddy" in that very same space less than a week ago in front of Amelia, but it was written here that Blanche had warned him never to say that in public.
It said his Assistant called, and Blanche is his assistant, so why didn't she just say what had been done? Why did she run into the office well after Edmond had arrived? Why wasn't she already there considering he had to drive there and why wasn't she the usb drive still in the aquarium?
Also, Finn has a little sister, that she just tried to kill. But then again, Finn isn't biologically his so I guess she needs to get one ASAP. But Edmond doesn't know that and should find that suspicious, among other things, like a child getting into a locked drawer... Does he not have cameras?
Smdh, and it's not even his son. So, how did she teach this four or six year old not to blab? Clearly the real daddy comes over since she said what she just said.
What was the point of the kidnapping? Just to "see" April? This story is so inconsistent. Edmond and Amelia were supposedly so well known in all social circles, but it seems no one knows who she is suddenly after finding out about the marriage license? There are so many things that don't add up. Why didn't whomever she called and was waiting at the airport look for her when she went missing that night?

This definitely needs clarity.

How much time has passed and he's just going to check on registration?

I feel vindicated on Amelia's behalf that he sees and hears this on his own. ❤️

So much nonsensical things!

Amelia is dumb.
