I love this book but how much more drawn out is it going to be with Nina and Nash and the baby and that and then Lydia and her boyfriend etc

Who is trying to kill Nash and Nina's baby I lost something along the way there and it just jumps around I was into the Lydia and her boyfriend and then it flipped back over to national Nina
