I finally got to watch the movie version. Camille( Charlene), Trevor( Thorne), Julie (Minnie} and the b*tch home wrecker Freys(Vesta). At least the movie Camille is better portrayed. Vesta aka Freya the manipulative mistress orchestrated the supposed assassin attacking Trevor. It would be poetic justice for Camille so Freya will be outed and discovered by Trevor himself how Freya manipulated him and Julie the brat. Camille will be vindicted. Trevor and Julie will be so remorseful and miserable.
The story is gaining momentum. I'm hoping for a happy ending between Stella and Haynes. The rest of the men that are interested in her are not normal. They all have hidden agenda. I hope Leonard the lunatic will be incarcerated. I still want Star to regain her talent as a violinist.
The story gets to be intense and interesting. I still hope for a happy ending for Stella and Haynes. Other interesting characters like Foreman, Leonard and Joshua are psychopaths. Nevil not sure about his intentions and character. At least, Haynes is normal.
This novel is about the romance of Thorne and Charlene. So far more than 400 chapters we still do not read about the romance not even interactions between Thorne and Charlene. The mistress gets to have more write up than the heroine. As of this time , readers lost their interest to follow this novel because the update is super slow.bits slow that we forget what we are reading. It's frustrating.
This story caught my interest. Overtime, the story gets intense. But is goes around and around. Different circumstances buts it the same. Are we going to right direction between Eric, Hadley and daughter Joy. Will Joy aplastic anemia can never solve? I hope Hadley and Eric will have their happy ending.
Is it only me who is so frustrated with the slow update? Will it be next year to see the light of the day? Is the novel written for Charlene or the mistress? ENOUGH. Just go the main characters. We are still going around the circle. When is the reveal of Charlene being the creator of the CUAPP? Will Thorne postpone the divorce indefinitely?
This story captivated me because of Stella's talent playing the violin. It was intriguing but then it became brutally violent towards the heroine. I am a sucker for a feel me good novel. There are a lot of psycho characters which I think is overkill. I love excitement and thrill but violence is overrated to be included in this novel. I hope the story ends with Stella, Hayne and their child Keen. The update is super slow just like other novel in find novel. Why the slow update?
The story is unraveling. It's becomes intense and sometimes too emotional. I not like the emotional detachment of mother Jessica or Salome to her only son. I understand this kid treated her mother badly. But adults needs to be responsible in bringing up their own children. Jessica is also responsible in making sure her kid acted right. The novel tends to drag the story. I hope their is redemption and healing with their family.
The synopsis of this novel tells us the romance of Charlene and Thorne. So far, what I'm reading the mistress gets more write up than the heroine Charlene. Empowering women does not necessarily makes them insensitive to the needs of their own children. Being in the leadership role does not make them incapable of having loving relationship with their children. Empathy and kindness are qualities that are shared by a successful and strong woman. It is frustrating when this writer makes a mistress important than the heroine. All the chapters are wasted with her on it. We expected by this time, the focus will be more on Charlene success and her interactions with her daughter and soon to be ex husband. Will there be a permanent delayed with the divorce proceedings because of technicality or unforeseen circumstances. We do not know? Will there be a happy ending? Enough of the drama. We love reading more of Charlene. Period

I love this novel. But why write a novel when update is super slow. When update is not consistently you lost interest to read.
