I absolutely loved this story from beginning to end. If you are looking for something spicey, then this may not be for you as it's essentially a story about a young girl finding her place in the world and the spice only comes much later when appropriate. Following Skylar on her journey was an absolute pleasure. Thoroughly enjoyable. I look forward to reading more from this author.

This was one of the first stories about werewolves that I read and now I'm completely hooked on the genre. Having read other stories since, I understand better that there is a lot of artistic licence when it comes to werewolf law. I really enjoyed the idea that the god parents get a premonition from the Moon Goddess regarding their god child's future.

If you are looking for a sweet little love story then this may be for you. It's great for a quick read as it's quite short (in comparison). If you want spice, then this probably isn't for you. There's a smattering of vanilla in the later chapters but no chilies. 

In most stories regarding Lycan King's, they are super powerful and disgustingly rich, often having everyone in the vicinity submitting by kneeling and showing their necks. Incredibly smart, all powerful, and dominating. It was nice to see Alpha Max be a little different and unable to control his Lycan half "Chaos", feeding in to the old trope of chains and dungeons and other precautions being taken before the full moon. On the other hand, it got a little frustrating that this ferocious beast was so easily overcome by a syringe of Wolfsbane on more than one occasion. Slave/Hope's character also lacked a little meat. She came across as a little simple at times. 

I enjoyed the story overall, I just felt that all the characters could have done with a little more fleshing out.

Thoroughly enjoyable read. It was nice to read a story that crossed into other mythical borders. Vampires and faeryfolk etc. and who doesn't love a dragon? 😎

An enjoyable story with well fleshed out characters. They use adult language (swearing) which I don't mind at all. The FL is feisty and powerful without having to be a trained Gamma warrior or a descendant from the Moon goddess (who makes no appearance at all for a change). My favourite part was the gladiator section. I'm not sure what that says about me? 😂 There were a few missing paragraphs or duplicate paragraphs, and the constant reminder that "Some paragraphs are incomplete if you are not reading this novel on FindNovel.net. Visit FindNovel.net to read the complete chapters for free." was a little distracting, which is why I marked it down a star. If you can forgive that and intuitively fill in the few gaps, this isn't bad for a shorter story. If you are looking for spice, I'd rate this 🌶️🌶️ out of 3.
