Like she is so nonchalant to everything and that is so annoying ,atleast show some emotion,do something with your life.
Laugh atleast or smile, she is always just so serious and broody

Whats wrong with charlene.she really not try ing to spoke out her mind . Always weak with thorne. No second chance with thorne please.. And the story drag for long n repetative.. im getting tired of it
The town is small enough that everyone runs into each other on every staircase and in every hallway, but no one near the school noticed that Jasmine is Charlene and Thorne's daughter and that the two are married? 😶🌫️
I agree to this take, about wanting to cry with her, she has been through so much that I know I would have cried about irl.
Like your husband of 7 years that you loved so much being with another woman, or your child preferring another woman over you.
Her own father being biased and choosing his other family over hers..it's alot. And she's never shed a tear.

1. The genre of this novel is definitely not romance; it's repetitive. Alternating stories of the secondary characters would be a bit refreshing since there's no romance between the protagonists. 2. We are allowed to know the perspectives of almost all the characters, except Thorne. What happened in the car and in the hotel room after Thorne saved Charlene from being kidnapped at the bar? Or what's behind every smile or glance? (I could go on, but I'll stop.) 3. The female protagonist shows no emotion; I want to cry with her, but I haven't been able to. 4. The way they both handle the situation with their daughter is downright immature: He uses her to hurt his wife, and she blames the girl as if she weren't manipulable and vulnerable. 5. Does Charlene deserve attention, love, and acceptance just because she's a genius?I want to fall in love with Thorne; so far, it's been impossible. Charlene needs her offensive to be more aggressive than strategic with those who have upset her.

I know Granger used to not like Charlene, but... I want her with him or York.
Thorn can go f himself ,him and Vesta.💀💀
I just can't believe a father would treat his daughter like this.
Look at the attitude of the so-called dad. He really has nothing going for him. He needs to get some pushback.
Thorne gave them too many extra opportunities to try to harass Charlene.
I don't like Dalton
In my opinion, Dalton is a complete idiot and a fool. He's blinded by a bad woman.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I want her with Xavier.
Also its 400 chapters in now and shes not pursuing a relationship its getting boring tbh.
For real
Seriously need to move the story along, this is getting old.
